Conan slowly falls unconscious. Then, the suspicious man and his partner say they're going to take Conan to a hospital and put him in their car.

The wallet Issei dropped contains several shop bills, which helps Conan narrow down the possible location of his. It turns out that he is a factory owner instead of CEO of a trading company, which makes him feel guilty toward his wife. The two reunite, but not for a day, as on the next day, Masako calls Kogoro again to inform that the husband died.
