The reason why we are so touched when he sang is because he is not just singing. He is singing about his past and his hope. It's like telling a story with the song.

Basically they don't like the idea of people questioning the goverment, so they block off certain things. They censor somethings, too. Like the DC volumes I get from relatives in China. Some pics with excessive blood are pixelated. I didn't reliaze that this wasn't normal after I read the online scanlation for chapter one.
