You're not the only one. ------------------------------------------ Anyway, I don't know if this has ever been mentioned but the fact that Kogoro and Sonoko "naturally" take credit every time they got tranquilized kind of annoys me. They never remember any detail, yet they have never suspected anything either. And noone seems to be bothered by the fact that they NEVER open their mouth while giving deductions. But of course if it had been otherwise then this series would have ended ages ago. Also, sometimes Gosho draws Conan using the bowtie a little too openly, even right in front of other characters' face.

You don't have to translate everything word-by-word, just do it with the words you don't know, than try to figure out the meaning of the whole sentence, I always have to do that, and it works. Because most people in this Chatroom are either using extremely complicated grammar or pure spoken language (口语）, or sometimes BOTH, so trying to translate every single word is near impossible (some of which don't even exist in dictionaries). Trust me, although it sounds like a pain-in-the-neck, it's better for beginners like us to do it ourselves. It's a good chance to learn new words. Don't depend on a third-party, especially Google Translate. (That thing even mess up ENGLISH when you're trying to translate it into other languages).

I wish I could come up with something unique.

Thanks. But even I myself don't think that that theory is likely I also edited a little bit of that post because there were some false information that I didn't notice. Vermouth's Akai-hunt was in New York Case, which means 1 year prior to Akemi's death. So if her true motive really had something to do with Akemi, it's likely because Akai had used her love for his own advantage (thus caused her pain), not that she wanted to revenge him for her death. However, Akemi's death maybe the reason to hunt both Sherry and Akai in the current timeline.

I have to agree that the new phone thing is rather random. I hope Conan didn't throw away the other one. I also have a strange feeling about the website thing. While it may just be that Gosho only intends to use it to support this very case (the purpose of which Chek has speculated above), there's still a possibility that it will play some sort of role in the future arcs. I wonder what is Conan's true purpose by putting Kogoro online ? And who knows, perhaps one day someone (*cough*BO*cough*) will try to hack that page, although I don't see any point in doing that, as this is just another method for Kogoro's clients to contact him. About the black shadow, I think it's the third robber, though I'm not very sure about that. However, I'm quite certain that he/she is not plot-related.
