Welcome to Bocchan Restaurant (坊っちゃん亭へようこそ,Botchantei e yōkoso?) is the 981st and the 982nd episodes of the Detective Conananime, loosely based on Bocchan, a novel by Natsume Soseki.

Someone kicked and hit a stray cat, but it had a yellow and pink thread between his claws, which is a clue towards the culprit.

They go out the veterinarian clinic an see police car, but when they go there, they see the main suspect of the cat assault case dead, in the pond of Bocchan Restaurant.
While investigating, the police find out the suspects have personalities very different from the characters they play: Bocchan didn't care about justice, Nodaiko had serious anger issues, Yama Arashi was a crybaby, Madonna was in fact a skilled fighter and Red Shirt did in fact care for his customers. Also, Kiyo is later revealed to not be a modest old woman, and also smokes. The next day Conan and his friends search for any clues that might have been left by the culprit in the park. They found some blood stains in a corner. To inform about the situation, they went to restaurant only to find out that the manager Red Shirt had died.

The main suspect for Uranari's murder, Red shirt, who was fighting along with Uranari for Madonna, is found dead with a suicide note next to him.
Part 2
Conan decides to investigate by himself and finally figures out the truth.
Conan heads to the tree where Red Shirt was hanged and asks Madonna to answer some questions for him. How she was able to get an alibi for Uranari's murder was by drugging Kiyo, who was sleeping with her, and then sneaking out at midnight and killing Uranari. She freaked out when she saw the cat and kicked it, causing it to have grave injuries. She repeated the sleeping pills trick for Red Shirt's murder, and was able to hang him by pulling the corpse up. She was able to do so because it was revealed earlier by Chiba and Takagi that she was actually a skilled martial artist. Why the rope didn't leave any marks was because she used a horseshoe-shaped ice-block on the branch and put the rope on it. The proof is that the branch is pretty damp. She confesses and reveals that years ago, while she was hanging out with her sister, her sister bumped into two men who made her fall. Although her injury didn't seem alerting, it turned out it caused internal bleeding and she died soon after. She decided to seek revenge on those people with the clue that they were searching for a Madonna and killed them, even though she knew it wasn't entirely their fault if her sister died. She then surrenders herself when the police arrives.
Natsumi bumped her head on the two drunk men, but decided to not go to the hospital. Days later, her state became critical and she was sent to the hospital, but it was too late and she died.
