Timeline

This is a timeline of all the events that occurred prior to Shinichi's reversion to Conan. The years are listed in reference to the current storyline. I will probably need to come up with a better format for how this should be organized to allow for flexible dates.

Over 50 years ago

• The Black Organization’s main research project, of which APTX 4869 is a part, is initiated

50 years ago

• Kurisuke Agasa, Hiroshi Agasa's rich accountant uncle died at the age of 38.

40 years ago

• Hiroshi Agasa met Fusae Campbell. Late in November, Agasa found out Fusae had suddenly moved away, and she left him a letter saying that she will meet him in a secret place 10 years from November 24.

30 years ago

• Teitan Elementary's current school buildings were constructed.
• Atsushi Miyano moved out of his father's house thirty years ago to go somewhere for his research.

20 years ago

• Vermouth kills Jodie Starling's father.
• Approximately 20 years ago. While studying for an acting role, Sharon Vineyard learned disguise techniques from Kuroba Toichi alongside the aspiring young Japanese actress Kudo Yukiko.
• Approximately 20 years ago. Atsushi Miyano, Elena Miyano, and a 4-5 year old Akemi visited Atsushi Miyano's father's house then occupied by his childhood friend and playmate Souhei Degima.

10 years ago

• Mouri Kogoro and Eri Kisaki begin living separately from one another after an argument. (Movie 2)

5 years ago

• Shuichi Akai begins infiltrating the Black Organization and begins dating Miyano Akemi.

4 years ago

• Hagiwara, Jinpei Matsuda's partner, is killed by while disarming a bomb. The bomber's partner is killed as well, precipitating his revenge 3 and 4 years later.

3 years ago

• Masumi Sera and her parents move from Japan to the US

2 years ago

• Shuichi Akai receives the codename Rye, and is called to work under Gin, but is rejected from the Black Organization after Andre Camel ruins the FBI's trap for Gin

• Shinichi Kudo solves his first solo case with the police's help on a plane to the New York City
• Teiko, the sister of Hiroshi Agasa's uncle, Kurisuke Agasa, passed away at 76.
• Jinpei Matsuda joins Metropolitan Police Division One under Miwako Sato's tutelage. He dies in terrorist bombing after sacrificing himself to obtain a code from the serial bomber who had sworn revenge on the police for the accidental death of his partner three years prior.
• Kansuke Yamato chased a parole jumper he believed to be involved with town hero Kuroto Kai's mysterious death into a mountain, where he got caught in the avalanche that took his left eye and leg.He was missing and believed dead for several days until school friend Taka'aki "Koumei" Morofushi, also a police inspector, went against orders to track down the criminal and find Yamato.
