This episode adapts the The Santa Claus of Summer story from Gosho Aoyama's Collection of Short Stories. Keisuke Hara, recently dumped by his girlfriend, accidentally receives an activation card disguised as a telephone card for a weaponized satellite system. Keisuke accidentally triggers a countdown of 24 hours for the satellite when he tries leaving a pager message for his ex-girlfriend. Much to the actual owner of the card's dismay, Keisuke was drunk at the time and doesn't remember what he set the passcode number as. Can the man make Keisuke remember before Earth is destroyed by the satellite?
