Solve the Mystery of Heatstroke (熱中症の謎を解け! Necchūshō no Nazo o Toke! ) is an educational OVA. It was released as a VHS in partnership with Otsuka Pharmaceutical to raise awareness and distributed starting mid-May 2003 in junior high schools across Japan that requested the cassette[1].

The Detective Boys are playing football at the ballpark when suddenly, Genta collapses, saying he does not feel good. He shows signs of heatstroke. Under the gazebo next to the ballpark, Conan explains to the Detective Boys how to prevent heatstrokes, while letting Genta cool down.
