The Internet - The Mysterious E-mail Case (インターネット謎のメール事件 Intānetto Nazo no Mēru Jiken?) is the fourth OVA of the series Shogakukan Illustrated Encyclopedia Series. It was released as a VHS with Shogakukan's 21st Century Children's Encyclopedia 2nd Edition (WOW!) (21世紀こども百科　第２版（WOW！）) on June 23, 2000. Its main focus is to explain how the internet and email work.

Conan and the Detective Boys are at the library and Mitsuhiko suddenly receives an email while using the public computer. There is code to the Detective Boys left by a mysterious individual and the Detective Boys decide to tackle the problem.
