Just as expected all the pieces are together, Amuro is showing his true colors, Sera is revealing what he knows, and there will be a collision. My deduction seems to be correct so far, and 'her mission' signify's that.

How the heck did Amuro know of Agasa unless he has been around longer than thought...

Why did Amuro hold back important information? Was he testing Mouri's actual skills?

Dont think that Sera thinks that this new guy who's working for Kogoro is Akai. She doesn't believe that he is dead and is currently investigating it. Also i dont think that Akai, in any disguise would draw out any kind of attention on himself afer faking his death, especially working for a famous detective.
