The one who controls it is the one who services the water. Here in our country, people rarely use water tank so we are connected directly to the dam. Ehh... they do the curfew since there are lots of homes in here... an even distribution, they have to do.  Gah... And there, can't wash dishes right now  ---  I wish I know how to use more social networking sites.
