Nah, printing was invented hundreds of years ago but today everyone still knows how to write by hand.

Well what I meant is how most stuffs will be digitalized. I really see the future of most schools using tablets and laptops instead of books and notebooks very soon. This will push off writing a bit.

10 years later, I'm really looking out for those green houses above buildings.

Nope, not at all. 10 years is definitely not enough time to "push off writing"

Writing is an enormous part of nearly every culture. Sure, the use of technology will become more prevalent, but that doesn't mean that writing is going to get any closer to obsolete.

That's why there's 'a bit' there :P

Yeah, I'm mistaken there, I mean the obsolete part.

I really just imagine in the future that the use of technology for inputting and storing something will be more relevant compared to writing them out. It's probably when digital thingies gets very very cheap for everyone.

10 years later, moar free wifi for everyone.

Wall-E getting real soon :P

iPads will be gone, I think.

10 years later, I wonder if I still like the same kind of genre in music.

Well, if there won't be iPads anymore, I hope they replace it with something way better

They'll become 2-in-1 convertible laptops/tablets.

They're the only things I look at when I walk into an electronics store, lol.

I'm not so sure about that. It looks incredibly inconvenient for some reason.

10 years later, I hope I'm at least rich enough to have a couch desk.

I've never liked the idea of a touchscreen laptop (dat angle do), and the keyboard kind of takes away from the sleekness of the tablet. It's really not much more than a tablet with more storage and an add-on keyboard. Haha, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong; I haven't actually looked into it.
