  5. Well have you ever seen this much love in any other relationship, like, ever? What kind of 17 year olds would be so devoted to each other? I mean, it's possible but a lot of teenagers are pretty volatile with their love lives and don't exactly settle on one person for... forever. Someone as talented and beautiful and kind as Ran could get any kind of guy she wants, but she's got her heart set on the deduction maniac who disappeared and makes her cry all the time. Ran is so faithful and cares about Shinichi so much, and Shinichi returns those feelings right back. He has a bunch of fangirls around Japan, but he doesn't even care about them and only thinks about his childhood friend who beats him up all the time with her awesome karate xDDD The love they have for each other is just so... KYAA XD (I don't even have an adjective to describe how cute their relationship is :3)
  6. Maybe the reason why Vermouth wants to kill Sherry so much is Gin. She's jealous that Gin's so obsessed with the other girl, so she wants to get rid of her competition before "advancing on Gin" (AHEM) again :3
  7. Arrival to Earth by Steve Jablonsky (Transformers OST )

  10. Sayomi relaxed in a booth at Starbucks Coffee. She was glad that her running was FINALLY over. She was with some real policemen who could probably do some investigating for her. That was a good thing. Things were going to be peaceful now Immense relief washed over her as she sipped her strawberries and creme frap. "So, why did you end up with those guys anyway?" The officer asked. "And who are you?" "I called him a pervert for trying to invite me to drink beer with him." Sayomi answered sheepishly. Her occasionally smartass attitude probably hadn't helped her in that situation. "And I'm not telling you my name until I know yours first." "I'm Devin." Devin told her. "Nice to meet you, Devin. I'm Sayomi." Sayomi shook hands with Devin and then they lapsed into awkward silence. Then she found a question to ask. "How long has all this craziness around here been going on?" "A couple of days." Devin replied. "There are a few girls that are stirring up a bunch of trouble and causing crazy car explosions. A few of the guys took them to safety just a few minutes ago so they're fine, hopefully. But anyway, the real police have caught onto what's happening and we're going to try and save the police force." "Do you really think you can do it?" Sayomi asked. "You can't exactly get back into the police station. All your resources are technically lost." "We can try. These girls are pretty smart and can probably help us win this." Devin said confidently. "I'll try and take you to them... as long as they aren't captured again." "Again?!" Sayomi exclaimed. "Are you saying that they were captured a few times?" "Yes, and by the same person." Devin sighed. "This is getting out of hand but it'll be... really bad if we don't fix this problem." Sayomi thought for a moment, then made up her mind. "Get me to these girls. I want to see what's going on." "That's fine. But I think they're back on the run..." Devin explained. She sighed. "It's all right. Let's just go find them." That was easier said than done. As soon as Sayomi finished drinking her frap, she got up and threw the empty cup away. She and Devin were about to leave when suddenly, the glass window in the front shattered from the impact of a spray of bullets. Panic ensued in Starbucks, and Sayomi immediately dove for cover behind an overturned table. Devin hid behind another table and pulled a gun out of his back pocket. He was trying to get a clear shot at the shooter, but suddenly he went flying backwards with blood staining his shirt. "NO!" Sayomi yelled, staring in horror as her new friend collapsed to the ground, never to get up again. She'd just lost any hope of ever finding those girls to get the answers she wanted about everything that was going on. Devin had dropped his gun when he'd fallen, and it was only a few feet in front of her. Sayomi crawled out, hoping she'd stay under the cover of all the rising dust. Her hand groped around a bit before it closed over the metal of the gun. She picked it up and pocketed it, along with some other weapons and cash that Devin had had on him. She escaped from Starbucks with nothing but her iPhone, weapons, and cash.

  21. The windows were dark and tinted, so Sayomi could barely see outside. But she knew that the police station wasn't probably too far away from wherever they were at this point. They'd been driving for about 10 minutes already. In the car, there was one "officer" sitting on either side of her, and there was one sitting in shotgun obviously, one was driving. A glass barrier was up between the backseat and front seat, so there was no way she could try and sidetrack the one who has driving. Even though she'd tried her best not to seem helpless or scared, she couldn't help the stomach-churning feelings inside her. In spite of that, she tried to stay brave and tried to come up with a good escape plan. She eyed the guys on either side of her. They were each carrying a pistol and handcuffs. That would be enough. Now all she needed was luck on her side, and she could be free of these crazy goons. With as much strength as she could muster, she slammed the side of her handcuffs into the head of the guy on her right. He yelled in pain, and the car swerved violently as the driver jerked the wheel in surprise. The guy on her left attempted to grab her, but she brought her foot up and kicked him in the face repeatedly. She was in an awkward position because she was leaning against the goon she'd hit in the face with her handcuffs. Once she knew the guy on the left was down for the count, she resumed trying to knock the other one out. The car stopped extremely suddenly and she slammed her head against the glass. Now the officers sitting in the front were getting out so she didn't even have time to register the pain of hitting her head. She fumbled for the gun on one of the unconscious guys' pistol and managed to get it out just as the doors on both sides opened. She tried to remember one of Meitantei Holmes's rants about how to use guns, and apparently succeeded because she heard the safety clicking and when she fired, one guy went down. She tried to turn around quickly to take down the other guy, but he'd already grabbed her and threw her out onto the road. She hit the ground with a yelp of pain. The gun went skittering across the lane and went out of her reach. The remaining "officer" picked up the gun and aimed it right at her head. Then there was a grunt and the gun wasn't pointing at her anymore. Two tough looking men had come up from behind and taken her remaining captor down. "Hey, kid, are you all right?" One of them asked. "Sure, I guess." Sayomi tried to get up from the ground but her handcuffs made that extremely difficult. One of the guys helped her up. "Thanks." "No problem. We'll do anything to get rid of those fake police." Sayomi stared. "Wait.. so you're the real policemen?" "Yup. We can prove it... but you've got to go meet our boss. He's inside talking with a few girls who look like they're your age. They have some important business." The policeman pointed at a Starbucks that was right across the street. "Here, let's go." "Okay." And with that, Sayomi was led into Starbucks Coffee, a peaceful place at last!
