I think that Ai does like conan... i think in episode... 311 when they were at the beach... there was double meaning to her words, of course i may be looking into it... but when she said that she was running, not from sharks but from dolphins, as they are the prize of the oceans and sharks are running from the coldness of the bottom of the ocean, ran is the dolphin, she is the shark. I think she doesn't want to run from her competition over shinichi, and she doesn't want to run away from the light (ironic if you think of the statement, don't go to the light) and i also think that when conan and agasa said things like, but sharks are more fierce and are scarier... if anything that made ai unhappier cuz they were calling her fierce and scary and that's why she asked them to leave... maybe i looked to deep into it... but that's what popped out at me when i first read it

Yeah, her screaming is getting annoying, that's why i find Ai better... I prefer if they just have that extremely shocked look on her face. I understand the screaming from the side characters that know the victim but.. it gets annoying seeing the same people scream... again... and again... and again...

Hmm... my guess is.... ZOMBIE WITH PLASTIC SURGERY! jk, i agree with the APTX 4869 theory, and i think she takes it over and over again since it seems that it won't kill her.

Intriguing-Intersting... She has this sort of personality, that even if you want to hate her, you can never hate her completely, she does care for others, even if she tries to have a cold front. even if she acts tough, she is soft on the inside. She is just my fav character!

I can only hope for ShinichiXShiho I hope it turns around in the end, just when you think that ShinchiXRan will be together.... I mean it seems as if slowly conan may be leaning towards Ai, even if the majority of him leans toward Ran.... I just hope that more and more heads to Ai, and in the end those two end up together! truthfully i would probably be really sad if he ended up with Ran... cuz then my fav character wouldn't have a guy... unless she ends up with Akai... but i think Jodie should be with Akai... so that's why i want Ai to be with Conan... and I guess Ran can be with Araide, or Kaito Kid... I realy don't care much for Aoko... she doesn't serve much of a purpose in this series... so if Ran and Kaitou were together i wouldnt mind it (don't hate me for that )

I voted yes, although it was a hard decision. I thought back, and one time Ai said something to the extent of -kudo shinichi, you have been a part of their plan since a long time ago. You don't realize how involved you are- that would indicate that someone wanted Yukiko and Yuusaku's descendant to be a part of the plan... no? that's why it is possible.. although i still really hope that it isnt him

I agree, if it doesn't end before I die, I will be mighty pissed when dead... Anyways, i hope that they make alternate endings... like it would be cool if each apprentice made an alternate ending with different couple pairs in each or whatever, i would buy every single one of em

Thanks, If you have any ideas for one that you want me to write just tell me, i will give you credit for the idea, and you can read it before I post it, that way you can tell me if you want me to change anything... or if i messed up and put something like boyfriend instead of girlfriend again ... i always seem to be writing at like 5 AM in the morning... just as I am now hahaha :grin:

I guess for an introduction, my name is Jessica, I live in the USA, 15 years old, female, and extreeeemely lazy. I guess i really don't do much moving around because i hate the heat. anything more than 65 degrees and i am unhappy... so during the summer i stay indoors a lot... in the winter i am the most active... all year round I am on my computer I basically play lots of video games, including CoD on the Ps3, my account name is Tactical_Wolves if you would like to add me, umm, i love reading, especially manga, especially detective conan, my fav couple in the series is Conan and Ai, I love watching movies, anime, and tv, Also i <3 to write. I spend my time doing one of these few things. I draw and write random things, like pictures of characters of Detective conan, or my own creations and i write fanfic, or i try to write my own stories. Write now i am a bit behind in my own stories because i am hooked on writing fanfic for detective conan. Most of my fanfic have more to do with the couples... i guess you could call me a hopeless romantic, although ironically i don't believe in a thing called love.. kind of strange and contradictory, but if you think about it, is there really a thing called love? or is it just a stage of lust that goes down a bit more emotionally into one? so that is just one of the few things that make me wonder whether there is true love, and since rarely is there ever a couple that i have seen actually seem like they are in love... so i guess i'm not really that understanding when it comes to it... and this comes from a hopeless romantic, who always wishes for a happy ending... It's kind of sad when i think about it... *sigh* Well there isn't much else i can tell about myself but if you have something you wanna know feel free to ask

I think.... i think he needs to get an apprentice... teach him his style, and then just in case they don't finish the series before he dies, his apprentice takes over, and so on but i really want it to end.... but i don't ..... sometimes it is really hard to tell >w<

Maybe they are both having a bad day, and then their bad days intertwine to make either an even worse day for the both of them, or when the two clash their days get better... that would be cool

Wow, this was great! Poor Conan, getting in trouble for things that he didn't start! Also since Ayumi was saying she will wait for Conan, there is going to be a lot more trouble when he rejects her again. This time... it will probably turn out worse! well if you are going to write another part, i can't wait! Keep writing, i'm dying to read another story!

I wish that somehow there could be a shinichi and a conan... but i guess that won't happen... usually i am one that wishes for the childhood friends to be together... but i like Ai better.. her personality is more developed... and also... i think ran's character is a bit too childish still.. she is like 17 or 18... why the heck is she so.. so.. kiddish... Ai at least acts like an adult... but Ran freaks out about the littlest of things... oh well.. i always wish that an author would make more than one ending... cuz then depending on which character you are a fan of ... that would be the ending you bought... y'know? ... ah well.. its just me wishing here anyway, loved the story, can't wait for the next part...

please come out with the 3rd part soon >w< im dyin to read it... although i really wish shinichi would end up with shiho... pleaaaase make them get together and make ran fall in love with someone else... make shinichi have started to fall out of her heart so that they slowly distance from a romantic relationship.. bring on the shinichiXshiho pleaaase!

It was amazing. the story was well thought out. I love writing fanfiction too. of course unless a story has ended i dont write an ending myself, i just add in a chapter or wutever. I'll try posting one of them sometime. (just so you know im a conanxai/shinichixshiho fan so there is a great chance that ran will end up with someone else

I read the manga and watch the anime. i guess reading the manga has its ups, like there are a lot more chapters and cases... but in the anime there are many more reactions that become more realistic than when drawn. currently i have read every single chapter that has been posted on a scanlation website, and i have watched every single episode that has come out in english subs, and i have watched every movie and ova subbed. I really don't know which i like better. either way, it's a great series, and i hope it stays great from now until the end.
