in hindsight, I probably shouldn't have posted that, ahaha.. I remember too many arbitrary moments from my younger years, but I can't even remember what I ate for dinner yesterday.

I can only use headphones out of my parents' sight since they have a problem with them for some reason. ...and most people I know tend to listen to music straight from the speakers, haha. headphones are such a nice contrast to speakers though. I have a habit of listening to music with speakers, then with headphones and it's like a whole world of difference, plus it really helps me appreciate the music more. ahaha, I just love that.

Oh, in fourth grade I spelled "smelly" "winter" only because I didn't know what word I was supposed to spell. Then I looked off of someone else's paper and I erased "winter" and changed it to "smelly" I spelled "when" wrong on a spelling quiz in first grade. bet you guys can't beat that. I don't know why I remember this.

wait, does that mean you haven't watched it until now? lol how is that nostalgia then? anywhooooo... the movie has the reputation it has because it most certainly lives up to its name it's incredibly deep (managing to intertwine numerous themes beautifully with each other) the characters are very well-rounded and have thorough development needless to say, it's undoubtedly up in my top 3 Studio Ghibli movies. so I'd have to disagree with your opinion here. it is amazing, and arguably one of Miyazaki's best works. I'd go on a rant about Ponyo being more well-known when it shouldn't be, but that's not the purpose of this post. hmm, I'm still trying to figure out what you didn't like about it. perhaps it was too "gory" or grotesque? Opinions are opinions, but I hope you'll take the time to watch this again in a few years in case you get a change in perspective.

Listening to music with headphones, holy......... it's freaking amazing it's like a whole new world the background cellos sound perfectly in-sync and more prominent words are suddenly better enunciated you can hear all the percussion oh my gawd the trumpets the piano arpeggios and glisses you can now clearly hear instruments that originally faded into the background remember the bass that you could barely hear without headphones? now it's loud and clear IT'S LIKE A WHOLE NEW WORLD I TELL YOU. it's beautiful. it's basically heaven. ...and it's only one pair of headphones away.

I can definitely relate to this. But lately, I've been losing my appetite. I'm not eating as much as I used to, and it's probably because of my effed up sleep schedule. I mean, I don't even have a regular time when I'd go to sleep or wake up anymore, ahaha....ha.........ha.. miracles do happen, my friend

it took me all the willpower I could muster to prevent myself from bingeing on F/SN after finishing the first episode yesterday. I feel accomplished.

Sometimes you need to sacrifice peace for the sake of your future. I'd rather go through a bit of torture in my younger years if it's going to bring me a brighter future. Don't worry about it though. Everything does get better eventually, trust me, haha.

ahaha, I haven't touched my 4th gen games in ages. I also feel like I'd rage quit at some point after looking at the tutorial on smogon. but I may or may not use this extra time to start on F/SN.

ahaha, I expected nothing less. -- I had to blur out the right side of the screen shot because it had some personal info on it also, the wallpaper is pretty generic, but I set my laptop so that it changes the background image every 30 min, and I'm too lazy to browse the hundreds of other wallpapers I have stored on here.

lol yeah, you can apply this to songs like "Semi-Charmed Life" since I'd rather not be thinking that I'm listening to a song about drugs (still really catchy). But generally, you'd want to pay attention to the lyrics just because many of them can contain hidden meanings that you may glaze over a first glance. ...and at times, it can even boost your enjoyment of the song. in other words, Akazora had it spot on.
