Shinichi could defend himself upto a certain point .But shinichi never had a anesthesia watch ,he just used to kick some objects to capture the criminals .Plus the bowtie ,which helps conan to trick people .I think shinichi would lose out in that way .

Personally i like them both ,but if it comes at solving cases conan seems to have a upper hand.Because of his high-tech gadgets he is able to knock out many criminals ,even the ones who have guns easily ,while Shinichi wouldn't have been able to do something like that only with his soccer kick . But still both of them are just great .

Nowadays i just play sims 3 ,but waiting for AC:Revelations and COD:MW3 .

Akai suuichi is not dead surely .When eisuke hondou tells conan that some one had died in the fbi ,Conan smiles and says everything must be fine . He must have made a plan with akai of some sort to escape from the place unharmed .Also detectiveshinichi's theory seems very plausible . As for scar akai i think he is bourbon and subaru okiya is akai .

Kid all the way ,and plus according to your question you asked who is the most wanted criminal and kid is famous throughout the world and is most wanted i guess.As for the BO even though they do bad stuff they are not well known because they do it discreetly . Therefore Kid-sama all the way I think kid could also evade conan if he steals the jewels in his first attempt .In most of his tricks like the floating in the air and teleportation trick he always appeared one day earlier to show his magic.If he hadn't done so ,conan would have been left baffled .

There are couple of episodes of Black organization which can be deemed as awesome . They are long and they are connected to the storyline . Also some episodes of conan relate to the main plot in some way .Like a member of Bo is present in certain case etc ..... Also watch kaito kid's episode ,they are the best one's of conan series according to me .But they aren't connected to the main storyline. So basically you should watch episodes of BO ,kaito kid and those of conan and heiji .These usually are the best . But there are side plots like conan turning back to shinichi ,romance between shin x ran etc . So i think you should try watching all of the episodes if you can . Hope that helped . P.S Ran has the thought that conan is Shinichi many times ,but he finds a way out .And you are wrong when you say that no one suspects conan's intelligence ,mouri kogoro ,takagi,miwako etc suspect him .But he pulls it of by saying that he saw the stuff in tv .(This kind of response is given to kogoro by conan) and to the other police officers he tells that kogoro told them to do so .

This really will remain a mystery. I think she took some other version of aptx drug .As she was the favorite lady of the boss she was used as a test subject .She got immortality but maybe there are side effects ? That aren't yet revealed in the manga.Therefore they gave up on that drug and made another version of aptx which was supposed to be used on namabuchi (or whatever is the name of that killer).And who knows maybe the scientist of BO said that ,the drug is fatal and cant be used for some or the other reason . And therefore gin tried it on shinichi . But who knows .... :!:
