Ran is doing videochatting with a client on her father's behalf since he is going to a Yoko Okino concert. The client is Yukino Mizutani, who is being stalked and beated by her ex-boyfriend Kensuke Kubo. But during the chat someone is hammering the Mizutani's door and she get so frighted that she leaves the camera's sight.
