Manga to anime changes

• Some scenes not adapted into anime:

• Rokuemon defeating Fuma Kotaro, as Yaiba already defeated him
• Rokuemon trying to steal the map from Musashi
• Rokuemon, after revealed himslef as Goemon, manage to escape to Osaka Onimaru castle along with the map
• Yaiba's group going to the castle to get back the map, disguised themselves as Oni minions, and made Goemon went to Nara along with them to find the orb
• Goemon finding out Yaiba's group disguises before escaping from deer
• Kumo-Otoko's complicated way to get the Big Orb

• In manga, Rokuemon revealed his real identity after he tried to steal the map. In anime, he spends the night with Yaiba group as Rokuemon and only revealed his identity after they find the orb.
• Most "Tama" search scenes in anime are original, with the cat being the only scene that is in the manga.
• Goemon and Yaiba's duel, along with Onimaru Osaka Castle Robot vs Daibutsu scenes, are longer in the anime.
• In anime, Kojiro helps Yaiba get the orb by making it out of reach from Kumo-Otoko using his Monohoshizao. In manga, he appeared a bit late to save Yaiba after Yaiba got the orb.
• The anime make Goemon and Kumo-Otoko escape with Gold Orb and Water Orb so that he can lure Yaiba to Kawanakajima. It is different from manga where he stole Dark Orb some time after the current event.
• Some new scenes are added where the head monk explains the vision Yaiba saw.

Trivia

• Inside the building Yaiba crashed into, there is an office full of anime charcater sheets, along with minifigures of Onimaru and Namako-Otoko.
