Upon hearing Yasumi scream, the group rushes out on to the second floor only to find a broken railing and Yasumi lying dead on the ground floor.

This case is a murder with two traps. The culprit of the trap with balloon and purl halter is Hiroko Shinohara, but she isn't the real culprit. The real murderer with an other trap is Yukio Kodama. Yasumi's hair is tangled and her hair ornament is fall out because the CO2 from a fog machine in Yukio's second trap. So she must close her eyes and go back to the broken railing and fall out. She also writes a symbol of snow to reveal Yukio is the culprit because Snow is "Yuki" and this word is in Yukio Kodama - the culprit's name.
