'''Akimasa Daimon, Kiyoshi Torai, Seiichi Ryuzaki, Akemi Suzumeda, and Gento Mukawa''' planned together to ''frame'' Koji Tendo for a crime that never happened so that Daimon has a chance to reprimand Tendo. While Torai, Ryuzaki, Suzumeda, and Mukawa planned to have Torai and Ryuzaki argued at two different moments–from 1 PM to 1:30 PM, and from 3 PM to 3:30 PM–Daimon falsely reported the police that his 3 hundreds thousands yen have been stolen. Ironically, '''Koji Tendo''' himself ''was'' the one responsible for the robbery in Haido city between 3 PM and 3:30 PM, and decided to play along with their nonsense to cover up for his nonsense.
Akimasa Daimon, Kiyoshi Torai, Seiichi Ryuzaki, Akemi Suzumeda, and Gento Mukawa wanted to have Koji ''reprimanded'' because of how troublemaking he was to Daimon, so they formed a plan together. '''Kiyoshi Torai''' and '''Seiichi Ryuzaki''' ''orchestrated'' their fight at the shop in ''two'' different times: The first fight occurred when Koji was the only other customer (1 PM - 1:30 PM), and the second had Yasutaro Hanayama replacing Koji's role. When asked by Takagi and Chiba, '''Gento Mukawa''' and '''Akemi Suzumeda''' simply testified for the second fight. Meanwhile, '''Akimasa Daimon''' ''falsely reported'' to the police about his house being broken into by someone between 1 PM and 1:10 PM, creating suspicion to his nephew. Ironically, Koji Tendo robbed someone's house in Haido city during the second fight between Torai and Ryuzaki. He was initially confused when Takagi and Chiba informed him that the fight actually happened at 3PM - 3:30 PM, but decided to play along with their nonsense to cover up for his nonsense.

Aside from Yasutaro Hanayama, who was used as a witness, every other-current-biological adult has to follow Takagi and Chiba for their respective crime–Tendo for robbery and others for lying and slandering. Shortly after that, the man who robbed the homeowner and killed Hebinuma is arrested. The case has nothing to do with Tendo and the others at all.
Takagi and Chiba arrest Tendo for robbery, and request other adults but Hanayama to go with them since what they did cannot be ignored and must be reprimanded, Hanayama was simply used in their plot so he doesn’t have to go. Shortly after that, the man who robbed the homeowner and killed Hebinuma is arrested. The case has nothing to do with Tendo and the others at all.
