Yeah, I know... it can be hard, but you got to push against it. Depression is worse than that. Trust me, I know how it is. Best way to fight depression is to be active in social(talk to people), physical(run around), and mental(think a lot). I do all three... how do I do that? well... If you are running with your friends who always give out puzzles, you are doing all three things at once. 1

If its guitar, you'll have to figure your chords XD Which would make life easier for me.
