Was it another technical difficulty thing, or was it a human error?

One of the rocket was unmanned. So it was technicalThe other has 2 pilots and I think it was both a technical and human error. Anyway, Condolence to the family of one of the pilots who died. Maybe I opened too many tabs, then I separated them, and as I was about to click on one, I may have accidently hit a few keys, and accidently clicked on the sticky note instead. Â And I have typed up that sticky note on November 1st, so it's nothing quite new. Â I wonder which song I should play for my piano recital?
