I love the seasonal transition between winter and spring.

There's just enough snow on the ground to keep the winter vibe, it's not too humid or too dry, and the temperatures are neither too hot nor too cold--absolutely perfect.

Early spring/late winter is really nice! The days are warm enough that you only need a light jacket, the breeze is a little chilly, and the nights are cool. The snow being gone for the most part is also a huge plus. The only downside is that this is the time when seasonal allergies kick in and start messing everything up haha. But other than that, it is pretty much the ideal climate! Late spring towards the beginning of June is really nice too with how it's warm but not necessarily hot and muggy yet.

I agree with everything except for the "snow being gone for the most part is also a huge plus" since it only turns into slush

but this seasonal transition is just wonderful because it's the perfect balance between the extremes of winter (cold/dry) and spring (stuffy/humid)

we haven't been getting any rain yet, but the snow is beginning to melt around here and it's making me sad :c
