Question:

The boss of Black Organization is found DEAD in his office! The police officer investigates and found out that two of the employers have entered the boss's office during the estimated death time. These two people are: GIN and VERMOUTH.

Clues:

There is only one thing in the office - a wine glass. It has a clear set of fingerprints which is from the deceased. It was tested and found to contain Whiskey. Also, It was known that even though it was at night, it was warm due to the summer. It is unknown who went into the room first. Both of them quoted around the same time.

Testimonies:

Both people told the truth in their testimonies.

Both said they did not see each other when they went to see the boss.

GIN said that he served iced wine to the boss.

Vermouth said the boss took the wine himself.

The killer is Gin.

It is common that Whisky is served with ice.

The weather is warm, so there is a need for there to be ice.

The only person that saw the boss drink the whiskey with ice would be Gin.

EDIT: Gin didn't even had to pass the glass of wine from his hand to the boss' hand.

Even if Gin did touch the glass, he was most probably wearing black gloves that we always see him wear. Therefore his fingerprints will not be on the glass.

If it was warm and the glass will be moist, if the boss touched the glass this time, his fingerprints will not be clear.

No, it was Vermouth. Gin gave the Boss ICED wine, which means it had ice. Since condonsation (or however it's spelt) would take place with ice present in the drink, the fingerprints wouldn't be clear. So it had to be Vermouth, who never mentioned the Boss having ice in the drink. The method to kill the Boss was most likely that Vermouth inserted poison with a thing you use to draw blood from the vein (don't remember the name... -.-; ) through the cork before she gave the wine to the victim. That is, if it was closed. If it was open, the she just stuck some poison in there through the hole. Them she walked in, gave the wine to the victim, and let him drink it. Boom, dead.

But I still wonder why the fingerprints were clear... The water droplets from condonsation should still be there if they went in, one after another. And wouldn't Gin perfer a gun? Was the bottle open or closed? You did miss a few facts...
