There's Gin and Vodka, Gin's odd extreme hatred of the FBI, a possible past sexual relationship with Sherry, a strangely amnesic person when it comes to killing victims, and Gin's dislike of Vermouth and Bourbon. In addition, he's like a detective.

First of all, fixed. Second of all, she's talking about 시러 [shiruh], which means "No way", "absolutely not", etc. Phonetically, Shiro = 시로 but 시로 sounds similar to 시러, if you listen to it. Either way, the answer is Shiro, and sufficient explanation is given. Riddle solved, case closed. Next riddle!
