Hajime Kamegaki (亀垣 一 Kamegaki Hajime?), born 21 august 1957, is a Japanese screenplay writer, film director, storyboard artist and producer famous for his movies. He was nominated at 2013 edition of the Japan Academy Film Prize for Animation of the Year for Lupin III vs. Detective Conan: The Movie.

After he debuted as an animator via the anime Invincible Super Man Zambot 3 (無敵超人ザンボット3), he has worked at Studio Z and Studio Z5, and has directed countless works.
