Riddle Granny Disappearance Case (クイズ婆さんの失踪事件 ,Kuizu-bāsan no Shissō Jiken^?) is the 273rd episode of Detective Conan anime.

The Detective Boys are worried because Ayumi hasn't been hanging out with them lately. But they later discover that an old woman called Shizuka Omori prepares a riddle for Ayumi every day while she is sitting on a bench taking care of stray cats. The next day, the Detective Boys discover that the elder has been kidnapped.

Suspects: Joji Yabuki and Toshio Mochizuki

The next day, Omori doesn't show up to the park at her usual time. Ayumi gets worried, so they go to Omori's house to check on her. But she isn't there. Yesterday's evening paper is still in the mailbox, meaning she didn't make it home last night. The Detective Boys fear the something bad has happened to her.

The main suspect is Toshio Mochizuki, the nephew of her first love Ezaki, who died under suspicious circumstances a month prior. Also they discover that a man called Joji Yabuki was mad with the woman because one of the cats always pees in his car.

Mr. Ezaki was found dead in his bathtub. Though it seems like an accident, it looked like he was set up to fall on the faucet.
