A Once-in-a-Lifetime Encounter (一期一会 Ichi-go Ichi-e) is the 1136th chapter of the manga of Detective Conan. It was written by Gosho Aoyama, drawn by him and his assistants and first released in Shōnen Sunday #1/2025 on December 4, 2024 and will presumably be reprinted as part of Volume 107. It was released in English by Viz Manga on the same day under the same name.

- The cover of Shonen Sunday #1/2025 shows young Shinichi, Jinpei Matsuda, Wataru Date, and Kenji Hagiwara surrounded with crime scene tape, as the second of two covers to promote the current case, along with with the cover of Shonen Sunday #53/2024.
- "Ichi-go ichi-e" is a Japanese saying meaning literally "One time, one meeting". It translates to the unrepeatability of a moment and reminds people to cherish any gathering they have and any occasion they meet someone, as it never happens again.
