It was only available on NOTTV via a cell phone in April 23, 2014. Then, it later aired on TV under the name "Happy New Year, Kogoro Mouri" in January 3, 2015, containing new footage.

Kogoro Mouri appears to be on the run from a group of people. Why are the people searching for him and who could cause Kogoro to act like a fugitive?

Kogoro says he's being chased by someone. He tells Azusa to not tell anybody where he is but her mouth slip and the chase begins. He thinks of ways he can get away from these people who are after him.
