I tried a couple of things, but ended up nowhere. Do you mind giving a hint?

EDIT: I've got it. Well, thanks to another riddle (that's made on the same way) I encountered on another forum. I had a hint there. This is how it is solved:

1) Count the letters. There are 36 letters.

2) Split then into the same number of letter in each part. You'll get this:

3) Read it from top to bottom, and you'll get the following message:

"I really wonder who will figure this one out."

The code is like counting to ABCs and numbers.

and This would be the cipher solution for it,

1:00 am would be A converting this to 1

and 12:00 pm would be X converting this to 24, the ante meridiem and post meridiem would need to, to consider this a clock cipher,

without those pm and am this code would look like no language.

The Y and Z is not  used in this cipher therefore,

there's just 24 letters if you use this cipher.

I solved the cipher  now answer this, 

it tooks me thinking for the whole 1 day to solve this cipher.
