In reply to the theory above, the detective boys only formed once Conan had been confirmed as a classmate, and they help solve the cases in ways that prove the Organization "wasn't involved" every time. Irish (movie 13) is still alive and joined the police or fbi.

Shiho Miyano does not exist and Haibara made up the whole story of being from the BO and escaping. She's just a mature child, that's all.

Kudo Shinichi and Sera Masumi () are actually childhood friends. They were close friends even before Shinichi met Ran. But Sera Masumi was forced to leave for America to study. So now the reason Sera came back was to have a reunion with Shinichi. Unfortunately, Shinichi is currently in his Conan form.

They decided not to hold him back for a 17th year of the series. Gin and Vermouth are brother and sister... and Vermouth is the older sibling.
