But the skin should be a LITTLE darker... I have an AWESOME app on my iPod for Photoshopping stuff... I photoshopped my Akako picture!! I can photoshop with my iPod as well, but you can't really draw that well. I mean, an iTouch just isn't a computer you know. Skin color is annoying. I look at Gosho's work cuz I have almost all the volumes in Chinese and everybody is stark YELLOW I'm not even kidding. Kind of like that, but most of the time, Conan on the cover is really yellow, so I get confused.. I'll do better next time.
Aeyra Posted June 16, 2011 Author Report Posted June 16, 2011 As that, um, subtitle suggests, this is drawn completely on a computer. (stupid mouse... my lines look so mousy...) I think I traced it on Paint tool SAI (but stabilizers don't work unless you use a tablet... TT-TT) and then I colored it on Photoshop. (like usual) Heiji looks... mousy to say the least, but I think he's okay for a computer drawing... TT-TT My poor Hei-chan...

TT^TT And then I would need to get something for coloring like Photoshop.... Which would cost about double the tablet at least, and boom. There goes at least a year of my allowance.

You draw on it with a special pen and it shows up on the computer screen (you have to hook it up). You can do a whole lot of cool effects if you have one and everything. Remember that one picture I showed you yesterday? The MitsuAi pic? That was drawn using a tablet.

Aeyra Posted June 17, 2011 Author Report Posted June 17, 2011 It's a pretty neat thing. Only problem is that it's weird to start with because you can't see the pic on the tablet! (I've never actually used one... it's just that every great artist on Da says they used a tablet...)
