I agree with the actor, but perhaps it will be fine. As for the 2002 vs web shooters... Web shooters ALL THE WAY! Here is why... Having unlimited web created by his body is a cheap cop-out. It doesn't allow him to use his awesome chemistry knowledge, and it doesn't force him to be clever. In the comic books Spiderman out wits his foes by using minimal web, because he knows he can't waste them... On top of that... it explains why he puts his fingers the way he does. It is basically another challenge that makes everything more interesting.

You know I kinda don't like any of the artists he has sung with... But hey, that is just me. I should mention that he donates all that money to improve his image, because if you have ever seen meetings with people in a candid setting, he is really an asshole to people. I'm not sure if it is because he is 17 or if it is because he is an actual asshole (I'll go with the latter, because even at 17 you should have some common decency to avoid touchy subjects with people you meet). But it is great that he is a philanthropist, fantastic, good for him. More artists need to get out there and do that. It shouldn't take a devastating tsunami and earthquake to get artists moving. You have got to stop saying 5 albums... it is 3, 1 studio, 2 remix. But that is besides the point... 11 million followers and 33 million likes and selling out MSG in 22 minutes all points to the same thing. He is popular with who he wants to be popular with, which is the 9-17 female demographic (could be wider, but I'm not sure). He is the same as all the boy bands that I grew up with when I was a kid. No one could stop talking about them, they sold out major venues quickly and what not. It is all about popularity, not talent. He may know how to play the guitar, piano and drums, but ironically so do I. And am I a virturoso at any of them? No I am not, and unless you are a musical genius, it is likely that you can be very good at those three instruments but not fantastic. But lets dive into that... Judging from this he really doesn't know how to play the guitar. Compare that to an acoustic performance from a true virtuoso here. Please notice how he doesn't use a capo, and moves his fingers a bit more than between 2 chords (in the same area no less). And for the record, that was one of two videos of him playing a guitar that I could find. And both were the same... Strumming the guitar shifting between TWO chords. There is no talent in his guitar playing. I've seen people pick up more techniques playing Guitar Hero. If he was such a fantastic guitarist, he would play the guitar on stage more often. Or play the piano on stage more often, or even the drums... But here is the thing... His drumming is mediocre at best. He has no finesse and no solid rhythm. JB drumming. Buddy Rich Drumming But how about piano? That is probably what he is best at. No where the level of virtuosos, but he is still good enough. But you know what? I've compared the other instruments, why not piano? JB piano Billy Joel piano (note that on top of singing and playing piano, he is also playing the harmonica) But as I said, his piano playing is probably the best of the 3. He plays well enough for me not to scorn him. Drums and guitar? He should stick to just singing. His piano playing is very rudimentary, but that is never bad, and it shows he knows his limits with that instrument. But playing two chords on the guitar for the duration of a song, and the drums were random at best with no pressure control. (BTW, as you can hopefully see by now, I don't hate him just to hate him, I hate him because like with most things that are popular, people are blinded. He is mediocre in almost everything that he does. The best thing that he does is sing, and he is not used to his deeper voice yet, which is why on newer songs you can hear more Autotune than previous. He is not as good as any of the artists I listen to, and his lyrics are so simple and targeted at the teenage female demographic it is sickening. There is no depth to his music. But that can be said of almost all popular music these days, then again my feeling with popular music is pretty much the same across the board)

I have approximate pitch. If I don't get the note I get it within a note. I can also reproduce. It is not as impressive as perfect pitch, but I have been told it wouldn't be hard for me to develop perfect pitch. (According to most its my inexperience with notes, not my hearing... As someone who hasn't read music in 16 years, and went into percussion, for me to still be able to do that... is apparently really impressive) Oh right, and I know instantly when a note is off or sounds different.

I don't think It should be removed rather than renamed to something like Episodes or Ep Info, and just take out the link to watch page and put in if its a Manga Original or Anime Original. Making it into an easy access episode guide might be a better idea. Perhaps instead of linking to the watch you can link to the Wiki page of that episode.

This is going to be the first B'z ending. This is DC history... And the B'z are awesome. UPDATE: They just played it on J-Wave during an interview with the B'z... AND IT WAS AWESOME! I really dig the riff, and it will work quite well as a light rock ED for DC. If Garnet Crow can measure up with their OP, it will possibly be one of the best OP/ED combos DC has ever seen EVER!

Shiho/Ai doesn't really fight with Shinichi. She does yell at him for being stupid at times, but she clearly does that with everyone. She states that he shouldn't get involved because he has neither the intel nor the resources to do anything against them. So it is really sound advice. If this were the real world he probably would have been killed already. And as I previously stated... How much is he protecting Ran really? Do you really think they'll let her off scott free? I think she is more likely to charge in blind (something she has already done) and get involved without knowing. She was LUCKY that it was Vermouth holding the gun and not Gin. I think that Shiho is better for Shinichi, but neither are really a perfect match. Perhaps we'll see someone else that is a better match than either of them. As it stands now I think Shiho is better off with Shinichi than Ran.

I think people should do what every other forum does... Have users EDIT their double post saying "Sorry, double post." and occasionally "Mods please delete." Every forum I have ever been on did it this way and it works pretty well.

Are they really famous? In America? Not as much as they should be... In Japan they are the best selling artist. However, in America several musical artists have taken note of them like Slash, Stevie Salas, Steve Vai, Larry Carlton, Aerosmith and Linkin Park. What genre do they sing? They are primarily considered a Hard Rock group. They are secondarily blues rock and pop. (though in the 90s they went heavily into pop music). No need to apologize... Yes he does use autotune. I can tell. You might be so used to it, but I was brought up on music before autotune was really used. So I KNOW what the human voice sounds like, and believe me I have done enough audio mixing to know when a voice has been altered. It may not be as severe as Kesha, Katy Perry or some of Lady Gaga's work, but he still uses it. I personally don't care if he sounds like a girl or not, but he does use Autotune. You can tell by the slightly electronic feel his voice has. Granted from what I have heard, he doesn't do it for every song, but he still does. From the few songs I have listened to for the purpose of this argument, every single one used it. I think you need to figure out what autotune is before you say an artist does or does not use it. (Btw, I've been listening to his music on his website... 95% of the songs have used autotune). I have had musical training, as well as studio and live mixing training, as well as being brought up WITHOUT autotune (which is how I know when artists use autotune). Perhaps its because you are 11, but really... It is pretty obvious he uses it. I would give you two songs to compare in which he uses autotune in one but not in the other, but I don't know any song names because I begrudgingly listened to the music from his website while replying here so I wasn't looking... And for the record, when he doesn't use autotune he alters his voice with echo and a few other post-recording enhancements. I'm not saying he is a bad singer, from what I have seen when he was younger he did have a pretty decent voice, I just never particularly liked his music, and he does use enhancements. You may not realize you are hearing them, but he does do it. As for the albums... THE ONLY album he has is My World 2.0. THAT IS IT! DO YOUR RESEARCH! My World is an EP NOT AN ALBUM! Never Say Never is a SINGLE. The other two are remix albums! So 3 in total if you want to add those in to the tally. So if you add in the remix albums its still only 3. THREE! My god, you really need to take off your fangirl glasses because this is really becoming troublesome. SO 5 Solid albums? More like 1 and 2 half albums, because I usually don't enjoy remixes, unless they are done by other artists in the electronica world. But lets keep it at 3, just to make you happy and keep thinking Bieber is better than he really is. Also... you are arguing things that I never said...? I never said he sounded like a girl, nor looked like a girl... I only said he uses autotune (which he really does, even if you don't want to believe it). So let us recap... Autotune = yes. (How I know? 3 years of music theory, 15 years of learning how to play instruments of various kinds (guitar, drums, piano, and various other percussion instruments, I would list but it would be a long list) Then studio and live mixing training. And simple experience from when Autotune was not used all the time.) 29 albums = no where close. A MacGuffin is basically a plot element that is created for the express purpose of catching the audiences attention and/or moving the plot forward. So the "deadly virus" that wasn't a virus (AKA the 90% of the plot in M14) was a MacGuffin. It put something on the line, and lead to absolutely nothing while moving the plot forward. Basically you could take out the virus, replace it with bombs, and nothing would change, or anything else that would jeopardize the lives of many people, especially the main character. Irish's character and that chip were MacGuffins. They had no bearing on the overall story and were created for the sole purpose of making the movie exciting and moving the actual plot forward. I don't know why I should answer though... I thought Chekhov MacGuffin would swoop in and explain it (or people would at least look up the origin of her name which is Anton Chekhov and MacGuffin iirc). I hope that helps . I should note that I don't mind MacGuffins if the plot of the movie is just that good that the presence of the MacGuffin doesn't really matter. Like the movie Pulp Fiction (the briefcase was a MacGuffin). Sometimes they work, but not when the plot IS the MacGuffin (ala M14) Please refer to the tvtropes MacGuffin page.

mewmew... Gosho has NOTHING to do with any of the movies EVER! I shall stand by my assessment that 9-11 were all horrible, getting worse and worse as they continued. 7 and 8 were bad but still enjoyable (relatively). I'm putting them on the list just to state why I didn't like it. For those curious here are my reasoning for each movie and my hatred towards them. 7 - Simply put there was more talk about relationships than there was about the actual mystery. This would have been FINE if it was made by Gosho and was thus canon. Seeing as it wasn't it was tripe in my eyes. As I said though... It wasn't all bad, but I still didn't like it. 8 - Where was the mystery?! The actual mystery encompassed an entirety of about 30 minutes. The rest was action, and there was no mystery to whom Kaitou Kid was. This KILLED it for me. You want to make KK and Shinichi looking similar into a joke? Fine! But don't make it into a movie, it takes most of the fun out of KK's character! Use that in OVAs don't base movies off of it... Kid was enjoyable though in his character... But really it should have been done so much better.... 9 - I actually would have enjoyed this more if it wasn't so contrived and forced. I did like how Kogorou out did Conan... But still the negatives out weigh the positives... Like Kogorou's motivation... Conan's epic failure... And all the contrivances that drove the plot (though they were far worse in 14, to be discussed later) 10- Again... ACTION MOVIE! There was no mystery! And what they passed off as a mystery was SO FORCED it was painful. Not to mention the fact that every character appearance felt forced in and of themselves. There was NO NEED to put EVERY SINGLE CHARACTER into this movie. There were better ways to celebrate the 10th anniversary of anime than to do it this way. Also, Kaitou Kid's appearance was wasted. Though at least that was done better than movie 8. Though still the fact that there was no mystery and a forced plot make it one of the worst movies in my opinion. Though the Movie theme was good (I do love the B'z) 11 - I honestly have no idea what to say... PIRATES?! REALLY???? Where was the mystery? THERE WAS NONE! It was a movie about friendships if anything, but that doesn't belong in a movie where a mystery is expected. This was a treasure hunt movie. And honestly Conan... you need to leave that to Indiana Jones! (Worst Movie Ever in detective conan at least) 13 - What was the point of... what was it...? Irish?! Irish is Bourbon that was killed! I mean really... They used a macguffin too! several.... the chip and Irish figuring out his identity... I'm really against MacGuffins... Especially when they lead ABSOLUTELY NO WHERE! Oh right and this had possibly the most ridiculous scene EVER! Conan destroying a helicopter like that? Ran dodging a bullet? ARG! I want to see alternative scenes where the characters die when they do stupid things like that! 14 - Where to begin... First off the entire plot was based off of a MacGuffin and wasn't really a mystery... They made it into a mystery which in and of itself was ridiculous. Know what? the only good thing I can really say about this movie is Conan's defenestration scene. He totally deserved it too! I realize that I hate HALF of the movies... Wow... Btw, if I watched them recently I might be able to say more, but I refuse to watch them again.... Each of these movies were watched only once where as 3-6 were watched several times... 3-5 especially.

Totally in agreement here, with one difference. I didn't like Raven Chaser. It was certainly better than Lost Ship, but it too had a plot that I felt was thrown together and they threw in plot twists for the absolute hell of it. For kid cooperating with Conan Magician of the Silver Sky. For BO Countdown to Heaven. End of story.
