Oh, we do think it's really annoying, but we're hypocrites. There are so many aspects of America that I hate, yet I still consider going there when I'm older, indefinitely. I actually didn't know Halloween came from America until recent years, since it's been here for as long as I remember (not that I remember a lot). We're used to that one now. About the English words, yes, it's mostly just slang. That's what I've heard, anyway. What do you not understand, Milady? America consists of two continents: North America and South America. North America consists (mainly) of three countries, of which the northern-most country is Canada. Therefore Canada is part of America, which is where I stated that I wanted to go. aw bro You a reverend now?

Well, that part is to stay a secret, haha. I have a very bad memory. I can't remember if I've stated this fact already, though.

Halloween's been big in Denmark for a good while. I don't know how the Thanksgiving would work, all I've heard is rumors that people have begun celebrating it, though none that I know personally. It's just that the US is everywhere, such as in the news, on TV, the internet, etc. so a lot of people learn about its culture and tries it out themselves. It's probably a trend to be 'American'. More and more English words are also being used in everyday talk, and while I find it somewhat annoying, I guess I'll just have to accept it. It doesn't matter what language people speak in, as long as one is able to understand it. Canada is part of America. Anyway, the US is big and there should therefore be more and possibly better opportunities than in Denmark.

I used to be traditional in every way, until I realised it was foolish. Things won't stay the same and the old isn't necessarily the best. One must think in new ways, improve on the old, etc.

I wonder if I'll look like a fool again.. At least it won't be the first time.
