Ah, the main character sounds like my type of girl. *ahem* Realistically, it's pretty darn hard to get published. It'll probably be better if you just post your stories on a blog or something, to attract attention and get feedback. Getting your story paper-bound is something that takes a lot of work and talent, as almost every genre ever conceived as been done to death. Of course, if you're doing this for fun and getting published is an afterthought, that's a different story (woah, unintended pun). I'm terrible at titles, and they usually come to me after I've finished writing whatever I'm working on. Therefore, I can't really help you out on this one. Make sure it's nothing too long-winded or it will sound corny and forced. One word to three word titles general roll off the tongue better, so try to keep it as short as you can. If I knew the entire plot of your story I might be able to think of one, but I can imagine you'd want to avoid spoiling. Anyhow, good luck with your endeavor!

Huh, let's see, I'm reading a bunch of "How-to" books on college essays and apps. Some of them are solid pieces of writing, and I'm actually not being sarcastic. Ah, looks like I broke in during a Hunger Games convo...

All the canon ships in Detective Conan are pretty solid, so it's hard to pick a favorite non-couple pair. Voted for ConAi and GiVod(?), mostly for lolz for the latter.

It's terrible what happened. I've always had a place in my heart for Robin William movies, and he seemed like such a fun guy to hang around with. I hope his family is coping and my thoughts and prayers are with them. Rest well Robin; I hope you're in a better place now.

Don't feel so bad! I'm a sucker for shinies, so I spend way too much time soft-resetting/chaining/breeding for them. The best ones are the random ones though. Speaking of which, I unluckily ran into a shiny Skorupi while Bianca was tagging along with me in White 2, and she OHKO'd it with a Psychic. I died a little lot when that happened. Shinies aren't all fun and games I guess. I would have offered to give you a shiny, but they're all on my Pearl version and I think WiFi support for that game was shut down a while ago unfortunately. I haven't had the chance to transfer them to my Y version or anything.

The 48th closing theme of the anime will be "Muteki na Heart" (Invincible Heart) by DC veteran Mai Kuraki. It will air on August 16th with the remastered version of episode 27 (Kogoro's Class Reunion Murder Case).

Woah, didn't know this topic existed. Anyway, I think it was Chekhov of all people. I only joined to edit the wiki (which I've stopped doing), and Chekhov complimented me on something I had contributed. It wasn't much, but I guess the wiki was in shabbier condition than it is now. Edit: Wait, never mind. I went back to check and I realized it was CarpetCrawler then Maurice then Chekhov (all on the same day!). Gosh, the mods were all over that wiki.

Haha, I should have done that. I had forgotten most of what happened in the last movie, but it didn't matter too much I guess and I still really liked Dawn of the Planet of the Apes. Anyway, just finished watching Ace Attorney (2012 live action movie). Pretty solid stuff for a video game adaptation.

I own a shady set of mini-Conan figurines my uncle brought back from China. They aren't that impressive at all, and I think you can even order them on Amazon, but of course at a steeper price. As Chekhov said, get what suits you. Figurines are pretty popular, but maybe something you can carry around with you would be better, like a key chain, necklace, or pencil case. That store look great: they sell a lot of stuff that seem like they'd be worth a lot here in the states. Video games and stuff are cool, as long as you mind possible region-locks and buy consoles accordingly, but I don't think you'd be able to play them with ease. Those Japanese Yu-Gi-Oh cards caught my eye though, as someone who collects cards on the side. As for that Detective Conan box merchandise, I have no idea what it is. Maybe a movie/manga bundle thing? I think I see movie 6's poster on the wrap.

Wait, seriously?! I had the exact same theory that I posted on a different topic and I swear I didn't get my ideas from DCTP. Here, I'll quote it below. If only I could predict stocks this well, really... ^Now that the Van Gogh-Kid movie is confirmed, I suppose I'll quote something else I posted a while ago. In movie 16 and 17, there were a lot of real world connections (actual J-League and Aegis ship people, if I'm not mistaken). Along with chapter 903 of Detective Conan, an announcement was made that the manga Magic Kaito would be getting a full anime adaptation produced by A-1 Pictures airing October 4th. This will be different from the 12-episode specials that sporadically aired from 2010 to 2012 as it will air weekly and not borrow Detective Conan's weekly time slot. Then we ran into a shiny Skorupi, and before I could do anything she OHKOs it with her goddamn Musharna! My heart is broken... This is worse than losing a shiny in the Safari Zone, because I can at least avoid the Safari Zone. I had to go through the mountain to progress in the plot. This sucks.

I've been playing way too many video games recently. I just finished FE: Awakening (Lucina and Robin in Smash Bros hype!) and today I worked on finishing Pokemon White 2's campaign so I can finally move on to Y. Theoretically White 2 was the last game I touched just a few hours ago, but I'll be playing some Ace Attorney: Trials and Tribulations tonight. I guess I plan on starting a Lunatic run in Awakening when I find the time, but damn I need to find a more productive hobby.
