Sneaking out of the headquarters was hard enough, what with all the security cameras and guards around. With the growing pain, it was almost impossible. He placed his back against the wall, breathing heavily. Then he pushed himself off the wall, and painfully walked. "I knew there would be side-effects...but this severe?" His legs suddenly gave in, as if to convince him. With effort, Mark got up. Coughing blood, he made it to the gate. His attire, a black suit with matching pants, granted him passage through the gate. The whole time, he waved off concerned guard's worries, while trying to look fine (he wasn't). He walked across to the road, where a lone vehicle was waiting. With his last burst of strength, he opened the door, and crawled inside. Before he lost consciousness, he heard the engine starting. And a girl's voice: "Baka." Note: You don't know this girl. She's on my side, though.

I feel guilty.
