My opinion is that the both have the same intelligence, but I'm not sure. Anyways time will tell.

1) Detective conan: My favorite anime is DC, I've been a fan for almost 7 years now. Good character development. 2) Kaito Kid: Had a lot of humor, I like the way it always made me laugh. 3) Barakoman: If you're looking for a good anime, I'll recommend this one. 4) ERASED: Such a fantastic anime, one of my favorites until now.

Tbh, I think they have the same intelligence. As you said there that they seem to be in par with one another in their deductive skills, that's also true.

Akai is obviously smarter than Conan, but maybe they both have the same intelligence, so I'm not really sure.
