Before going back to 'change signature'. Then at the box where you type in whatever you want, click the 'insert image' button adn paste the URL of the picture in it. The picture should come out.

Hmm...I'm not sure this works for all pictures but you can google the pictures you want in Google images. When you see something you like from the thousands of options there, click on it and it will go to another page. At the side of the screen, there should be an option that says 'show picture in full screen'. Click on that and copy the URL of the picture...

Well, what I did was click the multi-quote button on Heksu's post and clicked 'add reply'. Then I copied the entire multi-quote thingy and went to change signature by just pasting the multi-quote thingy in the 'change signature' option.
