I am not sure what to do about this page: basically I want to make a list of characters who recur, and are not law enforcement, black organization, mystery person of arc (Eisuke Araide)

This is a list of recurring minor characters in Detective Conan. Most played a role in previous cases, either as former suspects, clients, or victims. This list excludes main characters, law enforcement, the Black Organization, mystery people related to the arc (eg Eisuke or Araide).
