Plot

Police men are being murdered and Conan is on the case. But the case has become personal. Rachel has witnessed the attempted murder of Officer Simone. But the shock of seeing it in person has cause her to lose her memory of everything that happened before the accident! Can she regain it in time to name the murderer, and what will happen now that she is a target herself? Conan must hurry up and unlock the secret of whats been Captured in Her Eyes!

Rachel tells Conan the line her dad told her mom he said to tell her that he loved her, leaving Conan (Jimmy) saying that he can't believe he used the same pick-up line as that stupid old man (Richard).
