The story begins at central police headquarters's basement. Miwako Sato ordered Wataru Takagi to get into her car. But Takagi is joke by Sato. Inspector Megure and Kiyonaga Matsumoto is talking about Takagi that to be transferred to Tottori, but heard by Yumi Miyamoto. Yumi immediately talks to Sato and Shiratori about Takagi.
