It was written by Gosho Aoyama, drawn by him and his assistants and first released in Shōnen Sunday #13/2026 on February 25, 2026 and will presumably be reprinted as part of Volume 109. It was released in English by Viz Manga on the same day under the name Still Kicking.

- The cover of Shonen Sunday #13/2026 features Ran, Heiji, Kazuha, and Conan. Ran poses with a heart (♡), while others stand at a distance behind her. The Osakan couple appears to be inside the heart due to the perspective.
