Vermouth's first appearance : Volume 24. Confrontation : Volume 42 (19 volumes)

Kir's first appearance : Volume 49. Confrontation : Volume 59 (11 volumes)

Okiya's first apperance (+ Bourbon is first mentioned) : Volume 60. Confrontation : Volume ??

File 774 which will come out in two weeks will probably be the first file of Volume 74 (assuming each volumes has 11 files). That means file 800 (which will likely be BO) will be in Volume 76, I assume that's when the Bourbon Arc is going to pick up. Of course, Gosho and his team could stretch it even longer than the Vermouth Arc, so this little demonstration can perfectly be contradicted.

As for the boss, I assume he will have en arc of his own. When he will be revealed is unknown given that Gosho could introduce new members for the story to last longer. Furthermore, he could become some kind of Doctor Claw who's identity remains unknown forever.
