If Sera has lived in England and not America, then maybe she saw Conan during the big London case. Perhaps on tv during the tennis match. The case happened before Sera moved to Japan.

If Conan and Ran met Sera and her family in UK, then it must have been on a trip, which Yusaku and Yukiko brought them on. It sounds more likely than Kogoro and Eri. Perhaps they took Ran with them because it was around the time her mother move out and they wanted to give Ran some time away from the troubles. Yusaku did mention in the big London case that he had friends in Scotland Yard. Perhaps there is a connection there to the Akai-family.

'The second murder' might be related to the debts, that victim talked to Yamaki Ayami about.

I have been thinking about the fact that Mary appears to be older than Conan and Haibara does. If she also got shrunk, then maybe she got a different version af the drug. Haibara said that she had used parts old notes left from her parents' materiale to her own drug. So if Mary was a victim from the drug, then she might have gotten the version that Haibara's parents made. And that prototype didn't shrunk her as much as Haibara's prototype shrunk her and Shinichi, because Haibara made her drug in a different way than her parents did, since she didn't had much more than burn remains to work with. And if Mary and Haibara really are related to each other, then maybe the reason they shrunk by the drug instead of dying, like most of the victims, might be genetic, that Shinichi also happen to have. Like some sort of gen that makes the drug react to make the body shrink instead of killing cells.

The mirror used to Kohji Haneda's dying message might have been 'Asaka's'. (remember in the Soul Detective Case, Asaka had been seen with a mirror). And Haibara said that Akemi inherited a mirror like that from their mother Elena. So it could be possible that 'Asaka' and Elena got their mirrors from the same place.

I think that Kuroda works with Rei/Amuro/Bourbon. Koruda used to work in the National Police Agency, where Rei/Amuro/Bourbon also works. I think he has been send out to keep Conan under watch from the police side, while Bourbon do it from Poirot.

About the murder case. I think it's safe to assume that the reason behind the wiped lipstick was not due to a trick the killer made to let the victim let down her guard, because then the rope would have been around the arm as well making it much difficult to strangle the victim. Maybe the victim used her lipstick to leave a mark on her killer and then used her right hand to point the spot out of where she left it.

I think that if the boy in Conan's memories was the middle Brother, then he looked too young to be Shukichi. Shukichi is 28 years old now, and ten years ago he would be 18. Unless of course it was more than ten years ago. The facts: Shinichi was four years old when he met Ran. Now he is about 16-17 years old. Ten years ago, he would be 6-7. So the meeting with Sera, would have happened between 10-12/13 years ago. Shukichi would have been between 15-18 years old.

This might be a random guess.

If Asaka had mirror, then maybe he/she used it to refresh a diguise.

I doubt that Rum is a woman. And the message could have a lot of different meanings beside ASAKA=RUM. It could mean ASAKA & RUM as in that they are two people working together for the same organization. So maybe Asaka helped Rum getting into Amanda's room. About the drug that shrunk Shinichi and Haibara. If Mary is the Akai mother, who is shruked by the drug and is related to Haibara then perhaps the reason they shrunked instead of dying could be some sort for a rare genetic trait in their family, that also Shinichi's family had. I guess that the BO decided to get rid of the Akai father and his wife, maybe because of the father's involment in investigating the deaths of Kohji Haneda and Amanda Hudges, and used the drug on them both, and while it killed the father, the mother only got shrunked.

I'm curious about the person, who uploads details about the case online. It must be someone who had access to the police report or someone who was present at the crime scene or someone close to the victims.

Koji's death was 17 years ago, maybe Rum had got himself promoted to number #2 or something during all these years. But if Asaka is Rum, do you think that FBI would take contact to Amanda's relatives and friends to see if they knew is Asaka had a fake eye or something like that back then?

What I'm curious about is who did Haneda Koji intend should get the dying message, and how was he aware of the BO? The FBI? CIA? About the states of the rooms. I have a guess on why they were messed up. The plan might have been to only kill Amanda and hope that, since the drug couldn't be traced, that a doctor would declare her death to be of 'natural causes' or 'old age' because she was an old woman. But something happened that made it nessesary for BO to kill Koji. The killer and Koji fought and after they had succesed killing him, the killer realized that the police would be connect the two deaths, since Koji was killed by the same drug as Amanda. And while the drug couldn't be traced, the police might think they both were killed by the same thing. Koji's death couldn't be passed off as 'natural causes' or 'old age' because he was much younger than Amanda. So they decided to stage Amanda's hotel room to be messy like Koji, probably to confused the investigation.

Maybe this Amanda is connected to the rich friend of the Akai father, who has been taking care of Sera.

Maybe Asaka was the Akai father, A FBI agent who was assisted to protect Amanda under an alias. If BO was behind Amanda's death then maybe they took Asaka with them to interrogate him about the FBI and killed him later, or perhaps they just took him away in order to make him a likely suspect if Amanda and Koji's deaths was suspected to be murder.

Do you remember that the reason why Akai was exposed as a FBI agent was because Camel broke the cover when a old man arrived at the meeting place instead of Gin. Maybe that old man was Rum.

Do you think that the Boss would use 'Champagne' as his own codename? I know that he always is called 'That person'/'Anokata'/'Boss', but if he had a codename, it could be possible that the members of the organization just don't use it, when they talk about him. Like Voldemort in 'Harry Potter', when Death Eaters only calls Voldemort 'Master'.

If the water tip was left on, then maybe the killer was desperate to get something flush away into the drain or thin out something, so the police would have difficulty in tracing it. Or maybe the killer arranged some sort of murder-trap that killed the victim, while he was all alone, so the water tip was one because the victim opened it himself, but after he was killed there no one to close it. (The Miyano died in a fire. Doesn't that sound a bit supisious? The BO always erased lose links by using fire)

Well, there could be two theories about this, if Koji Haneda wasn't killed by the drug that Haibara had created. 1 - Maybe the list wasn't really a list of only the people who died of APTX 4869, but of all people who were killed by poison used by BO, and Haibara just got it mixed up with the real 'APTX 4869-victim' list. 2 - Or maybe the Haneda Koji, who Shukichi knew, and the Haneda Koji on the list are not the same people. I have heard the Gosho Aoyama had mention a red herring in volume 18.

Haibara said that Rum should have a fake eye, but we haven't yet seen what Kuroda's eye looks like under the glasses. But it seemes strange, that someone, a chief from Nagano, who has been in a coma for ten years could become superinterdent in Tokyo. I think that maybe Kuroda comes from the same bureau as Bourbon(Amuro/Furuya) with the mission on keeping an eye on Conan from the other side, where Bourbon can't involve himself in. I mean the PSB must have decided to investigate Conan after the incident with Akai.
