Here are another theory. I'm not saying that I believe it, but we have to consider possibilities. Maybe the unknown child is in reality a older half-sister to the Akai-siblings (perhaps the mother's child from a former marriage) and she had been married to Haneda Koji. And at some point they took in Shukichi and let him take the Family name Haneda. Wasn't it said that Koji died in America, and Sera herself has moved from America. Maybe Koji and the 'child' were attacked in America by the organization, and were both fed with the drug. And while Koji died, the wife shrank and escaped. That's just a theory.

If Kouji died of the drug, then I don't think Shinichi's visit to America has anything to do with it, because Shinichi was said to be the first victim of the drug, which means that Kouji's death happened after Shinichi shrank. And another thing we can cleary ruled out Kouji to be Scotch (if there was anyone who had that idea), since he was killed years before Shinichi shrank, during Akai's inflitration of BO.

I have a theory. Maybe the Akai Father was a FBI Agent who was killed on duty. And the Family member except Akai Shuichi (who also became a FBI agent) took the Sera name to avoid BO. And the 'rich friend' of the father (the one who looks after Masumi) was named Haneda, whose relative is Houji. If BO had been threating the rich friend and he refused, they might have killed Houji as revenge for his rejection and as a warning to their other targets, and Shukichi took the Haneda name in honor of Houji or perhaps because he considered the 'rich friend' as a father figure and Houji as a brother.

Maybe the Akai mother has been remarried to someone named Haneda after the Akai father's death, and Shukichi has chosen to use the Haneda name, because that way the wrong people who might investigate his past would see that he was the son of a woman named Haneda.

During the story it seems like Bourbon is very courious about Conan. As an undercover policeman from PSB it could be easy for him to find out that 'Edogawa Conan' doesn't exist. If he did research on Kogoro Mouri, which he most likely did, since it was his mission to watch him, he could quickly realize the difference in Mouri's business before and after Conan moved in. And when Conan said 'Liar' and Bourbon responds 'You are the one to talk', it sounds like he knows that Conan isn't who he say he is. So do you think there is going to be a part where Bourbon investigate more in Conan? Will he figure out his real identity?

If Shukichi is the middle brother, then maybe he heard about Conan from Akai (Like Haibara learned of Conan from Akemi). Because it seemed like he trusted Conan's detective skills, when they met for the first time. I have posted before a theory about Akai and the middle brother being twins, and if Shukichi is the middle Brother, then I think it's very likely that they could be twins, as they both share a kanji for Shu in their given names, and ichi in Shuichi means 'one'. It could mean that Akai was the oldest.

It could be possible that the mysterious child might be related to Haibara, but not to Sera. The two of them could have met each other and decided to stick together so people who saw them might assumed they were relatives due to the resemblance. It could be possible if the mysterious child was in hiding from the organization.

Akai is lefthanded. I have heard that when twins, where one is lefthanded is more comment than an 'alone-born', who is lefthanded. And it also possible for fraternal twins, where one is lefthanded and the other is righthanded. So do you think that maybe Akai and the second-oldest Brother might be fraternal twins?

I have a theory. If the Mysterious Child is the Akai-mother and if she's sister to Elena Miyano, then maybe Elena used her as a test subject for the drug and it's first years after (after getting married and have kids) than the side effects of the drug begins.

You know. I think that that old man just wanted to have an excuse to look at her naked body.

This case is almost like that case where a writer's assistant was murdered, while the writer was staying on a hotel. You remember that, right? Maybe Sera's father had been a FBI-agent before Akai, who died in duty, killed by the BO.

Maybe the 'wizard' is Ai Haibara. She and Sera met on the train case, but they didn't really get to talk together.

Hey, do you think that Inspector Momose is named after 'The Pint Panter'. I have heard somewhere that 'Momo' means 'Pink'. I'm not sure, but what do you say?

If Sera had met Shinichi and Ran just after the NY case, it would been in Los Angeles. It could be a new part of Ran's memories that is still locked up.

Don't you think that Conan is wearing the same jacket as Scar Akai in 'Bell Train Mystery'? Why is he doing this?

If we cut out Akiko Sayama, the murder who arranged the game, and her fiance Satoru Maeda, then we have five supects. Shiro Konno - He was talking in cell phone with someone and he has comitted crimes. Tokio Ebara - He was a hacker, maybe he had worked for BO Genichirou Kaneshiro - Maybe he was like Pisco. Don't forget that Pisco was a chairman for an auto manufacture. Shizue Hayashi - Maybe she works for Bo with mr. Kaneshiro. Hideko Kamije - Same mr. Kaneshiro. So what do you think?

Do you think that Amuro had heard about Professor Agasa from Atsushi Miyano. In the 'Deadline case' he had said 'the much-talked-about professor Agasa', but we haven't see Ran or Kogoro talked much about him. Maybe professor Miyano had talked about a professor, he had known. And when Ran mention professor Agasa, Amuro was a kind of suprise hearing his name. Maybe he remembered one time, when professor Miyano talked about him.
