While FUNimation has the license to DC in North America, it'll be nearly impossible to get Blu-Ray sets or Dubbed episodes. They didn't make a profit from it, and why would they now? However, if you want to watch the 700+ episodes after the Case Closed project, you can find fansubs floating around the Internet. Recently, Crunchyroll has started simulcasting them as well.
