The culprit is Mamiko Hirasawa. She is the daughter of Yuji Okabe, who killed himself after losing his title of chicken sexing champion in hands of Nanba with help of Kusano. Her objective was not to kill him, but to heavily injure his hands, the most important thing for a chicken sexer, to destroy Nanba's "talent" just like he and Kusano did with her father. She finally breaks down after remembering from Conan how she also wanted to become a chicken sexer to follow the steps of her father. Mamiko is arrested, but with Nakamura and Kitazawa's help, Nanba and Kusano's evildoing was exposed, with both being fired from their respective jobs as chicken sexer and president, and finally arrested for tax evasion and embezzlement.
