In announcements on their official site, the band says that the song will be a very different style to their previous single, "Smiley Nation", featuring "mysterious sounds and a dramatic melody[...] it is a very exciting number. First press limited edition CD+DVD track listing
The Limited Edition's first press includes a QR code which will allow the download of a Wake-up ringtone for users of Japanese cell phones. Also included is one of five photos, four of which are solo shots of one of the four GARNET CROW members and one picture of them all together. - Kaitou Kid had his own opening speech for when "Misty Mystery" was used to open two of his specials. His speech was: "Always keep a good poker face. Taking his father's teaching to heart, the miraculous magician glides amidst the skyscrapers. In comes Kaitou Kid!"
