Situation
Takagi is at the Mouri Detective Agency to thank him for a previous case when Detective Chiba tells him through a call that a man named Buchi wants to meet Takagi at Todoroki Park to return a favor with juicy information. However, a man named Iwabuchi Katsuya - apparently Buchi's real name - is found dead there with a note of a potential robbery that will be performed by three men wielding bear spray in Kameo Jewelry Store at 10 a.m of the next day.
However, the robbery does not occur at that store, but at a Jewelry Store in Tsurui City by those three, and every single news outlet received an anonymous tip about the police being led by the nose. This could mean that the one giving an anonymous tip could probably be those three, specifically the ringleader of the crime.
The police split up to investigate as usual, Takagi, Kogoro, and Conan go to the apartment of Katsuya’s friend, Kazuo Kamegamori. He tells them that half a month ago, Katsuya was terrified as someone was looking for him, and Katsuya was falsely accused of bicycle theft a year ago, which made him hate the police. So did Takagi do something special for him that the officer was an exception to?
Takagi receives a call to return to the station as there are two suspicious individuals reported by the citizen, so Kogoro and Conan come along with him. The two individuals admit to have joined the robbery, but not the murder, they also point out the one hiring them for this shady job is Masayoshi Daimatsu, whom Megure captured following an anonymous tip. One more thing to mention is that Daimatsu also got out of prison half a month ago.

- In the TV broadcast, a special Next Conan Hint and End Card are shown. The hint is TWILIGHT!!!, and the end card shows silhouettes of King Gnu, Conan, and Kogoro. It teases the band performing One-eyed Flashback theme song on Yomiuri TV's Best Hits Kayosai 2025, which will also feature an anime version performance with Gosho Aoyama supervising the character design.
