<spoiler>Junko's dad worked as the tenant of the building he lived in with his family. Some time ago, a little boy died in an accident there, apparently caused by his negligence; that kid was Tomidokoro's son, and he blamed the tenant for it. Since Junko's dad was acquitted, he couldn't stand it and decided to take revenge.
Tomidokoro kidnapped and tied up little Junko, brought her to a nearby building's terrace, and then forced Junko's dad to do his bidding via giving him instructions through a walkie-talkie... before saying that he wanted to stab himself to death, or Junko would die.</spoiler>
