First he will stay there but soon to die by the high tide that would cause her being drowned or go inside the cage to find her way out but she might get lost and died there.
+'''Teruhiko Kasuga''' is the culprit of the attempted murder. He only married Shinobu under orders from his father to marry a girl from a rich family or face being cut off. Wanting to return to his playboy lifestyle, he decided to kill his fiancee and make it look like an accident by leaving her unconscious in the cave so that she would drown by the rising tide. Conan and the detective kids find her and they escape by traveling deeper into the cave where the water tides carry them out of another hole into a tide pool, where Kogoro and Kasuga are there fishing.
+Kasuga immediately takes Ayumi hostage and threatens to kill everyone present, but Ran and an old guard arrive in time to save them. Kasuga is immediately subdued and arrested, while Kogoro recieves a stern lecture from the old guard for fishing in the tide pool, which is off-limits.
